AI Processing and Voice Features

We use artificial intelligence services from Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, and ElevenLabs to provide:

• Resume writing feedback and suggestions
• Skills analysis
• Career guidance
• Text-to-speech conversion for AI responses

These services process your data according to their respective privacy policies and our data protection agreements with them. Voice generation features are processed through ElevenLabs and are only used for converting text responses to speech - no voice data is stored.

Data Storage and Security

• Data is stored in PostgreSQL databases hosted on secure cloud infrastructure
• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• We maintain secure authentication through Auth0
• Regular security audits and updates are performed
• Data retention and inactivity policy:
  • Account data is retained until manual deletion or automatic removal after 1 year of inactivity
  • Users will receive an email notification after 11 months of inactivity
  • You can prevent automatic deletion by logging in to your account

Your Rights and Control

You can exercise the following rights through your account settings or by contacting us:

• Access your personal data
• Correct or update your information
• Export your data in a portable format
• Delete your account and associated data
• Opt-out of optional data processing
• Control third-party data sharing

Data Deletion Process

To delete your account and data:

1. Visit App Settings > Delete Account
2. Check the verification checkbox
3. Type "DELETE" in the confirmation field
4. Click the final confirmation button

Upon deletion:

• All personal data is permanently removed from our databases
• Auth0 account association is removed
• Generated documents are deleted
• AI processing data is purged

Note: Some information may be retained for legal compliance or legitimate business purposes.
